It’s hard to believe that he started out with Covington’s way back in 1987 as a loader, because he quickly moved up the ranks. After an internship at the Dallas Arboretum in 1992, Lee then earned his Degree in Horticulture from Stephen F. Austin State University in 1993. Tommy Ulbik started working at Covington’s in 2005. What would start out as just a summer job while in high school, eventually blossomed into a career. Tommy has moved his way up in the company through various positions: Loader, Retail Sales, Wholesale Sales, and Wholesale Manager. .
