As a result of him being so underwhelming, i redo the fight with juliana and she did twice as much damage as Occult Brawler and i ended up doing 6mil more damage than the first run. Both run, the boss was over 50% hp so still was void affinity.All debuffs require accuracy to land: poisons/TM reduction/Def down/ATK down/etc So, for Occult brawler to be effective, accuracy is his most important stat (along with speed and survivability) For how much accuracy you need - that depends on how high of level content you are doing. General rule is accuracy =10x the level of dungeon you are doing..
