It is killer but will be worth it on test day no doubt.If you rly knew everything on the 300 pg doc, youd probably get a few more questions right than if you only knew the 100 pg doc, but in terms of efficiency/most bang for your buck, the 100 pg doc will get you 95% of the same info in 1/3 or 1/2 the time.
