1985 honda 250 fourtrax problem I have an old 1985 fourtrax 250 that has a bogging problem. It runs great at idle to 1/4 throttle. Anything after 1/4 throttle, it boggs down and if I hold it, it dies. If I run it like that for long, the plug will foul out and it wont start. Any help would be great! .... Yes the factory setting is 2 3/8 turns out. Turning the screw out is richer, turning in is leaner. I made a tiny screwdriver using a small bolt, a washer and a nut. I put the washer on the bolt and tightened the nut up against it. I then ground the end of the bolt into a flat shape like a screwdriver.
