I saw another post very similar to your issue regarding packet loss and I am having the same thing as well starting 7/28/22. I'm on fiber 500 and Att insisted it was my modem but still the same issue after the install. All of my google devices do not work and any streaming service takes 1-2 minutes to load an episode..
